The event takes place at the Hotel Régua Douro, located in Peso da Régua, one of the most beautiful places in Portugal.
Imagine dancing with a view of the Douro River, vineyards and mountains, while the sun slowly sets on the horizon. All this while enjoying the hotel’s swimming pool.

The Forró Douro Experience is a three-day immersive event dedicated to forró, with accommodation at the Hotel Régua Douro and a full programme of activities, parties and experiences. The event is designed to provide dance practice, socialising and integration of the forró community in an organised, comfortable environment that is totally focused on the experience.

Since the packs are double, triple or quadruple, talk and plan with those you would like to stay with, and finally decide who will be responsible for making the purchase. If you have any questions, please contact us.
The packs will be available for online sales from 8 February 2026.
When you purchase the package, a QR code corresponding to your purchase (Double, Triple or Quadruple) will be issued. This QR code will be used to check in at the hotel. To facilitate the process, you should be accompanied by the person(s) with whom you will be sharing the room. If this is not possible, your roommate(s) must provide your name at the entrance. Remember that it is not possible to check in without the QR code, so you must be the first to arrive.
Packages are non-refundable. However, you can transfer your pack to someone else who is interested in coming to the Forró Douro Experience. In this case, we have two requests: that you inform the person(s) with whom you were going to share the room of your intention to exchange, and that you send us an email to info@forrodouro.com. This way, everyone is aware of the situation and we can avoid any future misunderstandings.
