The Passos Rebeldes – Association is a non-profit cultural association created by Forró enthusiasts, which aims to promote events, workshops, dances and other activities, with the objective of promoting dance, music and cultural movements of Brazilian origin. Founded in July 2017, Passos Rebeldes is responsible for the creation and organization of Forró Douro – the first forró festival of the Porto District -, among other activities for the local community, such as workshops, thematic dances and concerts.
